We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Otley Garden Centre working 37.5 hours over 5 days per week. This role will involve working weekdays & weekends on a rota basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, tailored service to customers.
- Help customers look & feel great and showcase our "feel great footwear".
- Drive performance, sales & KPIs by making sound commercial decisions.
- Create a fun, welcoming and safe environment.
- Plan, prioritise, analyse data and devise strategy.
- Manage people – lead the team, support their development and build strong, cohesive teams.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.
