We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Burleydam Garden Centre, Ellesmere Port. This role is full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days per week) with weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, tailored service to customers
- Showcase our footwear selection and create a welcoming store environment
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and KPIs by making sound commercial decisions
- Lead and support the team, contributing to their development and motivation
- Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory, merchandising and cash handling
- Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
Qualifications
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and drive performance
- Effective problem‑solving skills with a focus on implementing solutions
- Excellent teamwork and self‑awareness
- Strong leadership skills and a “can do” attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task across a busy retail setting
