Overview

The Vacancy: We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Polhill Garden Centre, Sevenoaks working 10 hours over 2 days per week. This role will involve working weekends.

Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Advisor, youe the heart of our stores by providing excellent, tailored service to our customers.
  • Help customers look and feel great and showcase our eel great footwear that feels as great as it looks.
  • Support the operations of the store and organise deliveries.
  • Be involved in stock movements and maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with achieving sales targets and finding the right products for customers.
  • Contribute as a team player with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced and fun environment.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness, attention to detail, and a passion for selling.

Salary and benefits: A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 (ages 18+), with PaSS training to increase your hourly rate to £13.00 (ages 18+). Generous colleague discount and progression opportunities may apply.
