We have an opportunity to join our Head Office CRM Team at Northminster Business Park, York as a CRM Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Support the build, QA, and deployment of email campaigns using CRM platforms (e.g. Dotdigital, Fresh Relevance).
- Assist with customer segmentation and catalogue selections.
- Support delivery of lifecycle campaigns (e.g. promotional, onboarding, reactivation).
- Help execute A/B testing plans to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Assist in maintaining customer data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Work with Creative, Trading, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned.
- Support use of dynamic product recommendations within campaigns.
- Assist in testing new tools and AI-driven campaign approaches.
- Develop understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation.
Qualifications
- Interest in CRM, email marketing, or data‑led marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and organisation.

Role Details
This is a full‑time, permanent role for 39.5 hours over 5 days per week. As a CRM Assistant, you will support the execution and optimisation of customer marketing activity across email and catalogue channels. You will assist in campaign delivery, segmentation and performance analysis, helping ensure communications are relevant, timely, and aligned to customer lifecycle activity. You will work closely with CRM Executives and the wider Ecommerce and Marketing teams to support a consistent and effective customer experience.
