We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in Cadbury Garden Centre working 12 hours over 4 days per week, flexing up to 20 hours per week when required. This role will involve working weekends and weekdays on a rota basis. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the heart of our store, providing excellent, tailored service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Help customers look & feel great
- Showcase our "feel great footwear" that feels as great as it looks
- Support the operations of the store
- Organise deliveries
- Be involved in stock movements
- Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment
- Achieve sales targets and find the right products for customers
- Provide excellent service in a fast‑paced, fun environment
- Work as part of a team with a can‑do attitude
- Demonstrate self‑awareness, attention to detail, passion for selling and multi‑tasking skills
