As Assistant Manager, you are the heart of our stores. Not only will you provide excellent, tailored service to our customers, you will be there to:

  • Help customers look & feel great.
  • Showcase our ‘feel great footwear’ that feels as great as it looks.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving performance, sales & KPIs, by making sound commercial decisions.
  • Lead and support the team and their development.
  • Support the operations of the store.
  • Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Pavers team in the Labels Outlet Shopping Mall, Ross-on-Wye working 28 hours over 4 days per week. This role will involve working weekends.
