About the Role

This is a broad, high-ownership role sitting at the heart of marketing, sales enablement, and commercial strategy. You'll report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and support the wider business, including the CEO, managing everything from outbound lead generation campaigns and PPC to content production, HubSpot operations, and reporting. If you thrive as a generalist who can move between strategy, tactical planning and execution without missing a beat, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Growth marketing & lead generation
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, digital, email, and experiential channels
    • Run cold outreach email campaigns using Smartlead.ai (experience with Apollo, Instantly, or similar preferred)
    • Build and manage inbound nurture funnels and automated workflows in HubSpot to convert and progress leads through the pipeline
    • Build and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, campaign performance, and ROI
    • Support the sales team with qualified leads, data insights, and marketing collateral
    • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign direction and messaging
  • HubSpot ownership (CRM + CMS)
    • Own HubSpot business-wide, supporting both sales and marketing
    • Set up, manage, and optimise nurture journeys, workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation
    • Maintain data integrity, contact hygiene, and list management
    • Manage forms, sequences, and sales enablement tooling within the platform
    • Build, plan, and manage all website content, including landing pages, digital case studies, blogs, etc via HubSpot CMS
  • Content, copy & digital marketing
    • Write clear, persuasive copy across web, email, social, and sales collateral
    • Produce diverse marketing content including case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets, blogs, press releases, brochures, and commercial collateral
    • Research, write, and publish SEO/AEO/GEO-optimised blog content to build organic visibility and improve Pavegen's rankings across search and AI-generated results
    • Design and deliver marketing assets, using tools such as Canva
    • Manage company social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) including scheduling, posting, community engagement, and reporting
    • Support the CEO's LinkedIn presence: drafting and managing executive thought leadership content
    • Coordinate on-page SEO maintenance, keyword research, and content uploads
    • Support production of video content with external contributors through briefing, scripting, feedback, and organising shoots when required
  • Paid media (PPC)
    • Manage in-house paid campaigns end-to-end: budget management, audience building and segmentation, ad design, and copywriting
    • Primarily LinkedIn Ads; Google Ads experience is a plus
  • Events, experiential & partnerships
    • Support the organisation and on-the-ground delivery of client activations, trade shows, expos, and international events
    • Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and third-party suppliers
    • Coordinate award submissions and founder/company nominations
    • Assist with PR opportunities and media outreach
    • Support crowdfunding and investor communications initiatives as required
  • Reporting & analytics
    • Own performance reporting across Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot
    • Build clear dashboards and reports for senior leadership covering marketing, sales, and pipeline metrics
    • Use data to drive decisions and optimise campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Strategy, planning & leadership support
    • Support the Global Head of Marketing across planning cycles, campaign ideation, and ad hoc projects
    • Contribute to brand positioning and messaging, helping articulate Pavegen's value proposition across markets and audiences
    • Act as the internal marketing coordinator, the go-to person for marketing needs across the business
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity to commercial goals and pipeline targets
    • Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and senior leadership on strategic projects
    • Support client-facing projects where marketing input is required
    • Use project management tools (SharePoint, Asana, or similar) to keep campaigns and projects on track and on time
    • Source, brief and manage external freelance, agencies and other resources as necessary
  • AI implementation
    • Proactively identify and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality across content production, research, reporting, and campaign management

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a broad B2B marketing role, ideally within a fast-moving or scale-up environment
  • Experience or knowledge of marketing high value B2B products or services
  • Experience in targeting premium brands and agencies, or real estate sectors
  • Strong HubSpot knowledge
