Your new role
As a Digital Advisor (1st Line Support), you will play a key role in supporting the adoption and effective use of digital tools across project sites. Based in Watford, you will work closely with site teams and the central digital function to ensure tools are configured correctly, used efficiently, and continuously improved based on real-world feedback.
You will also support Systems Controllers with the configuration and maintenance of digital platforms, providing valuable insight into user experience, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
In short, you will:
- Quickly adapt to and become proficient in the company’s digital toolset
- Support the rollout of digital tools across new and live project sites
- Train users and provide day-to-day support for digital tools, queries, and issues
- Assist with tool implementation, troubleshooting, and configuration for site deployment
- Provide in-person support through regular site visits
- Respond promptly to issues, following agreed escalation procedures
- Gather feedback from site teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Attend meetings with digital tool vendors and account managers, recording outcomes and actions
- Promote a positive and proactive culture towards digital tool adoption
- Maintain awareness of ISO 19650 and its impact on the Common Data Environment (CDE)
