Your new company Priding themselves on delivering the best highways solutions in the industry, this integrated service provider is responsible for looking after over 50,000 kms of the UK’s highway network. By delivering high quality services to local communities, they aim to meet the needs of road users and the public in ways that are economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable, both now and in the future. Your new role Reporting to the Operational Control Centre Manager, and working closely with TfL, the local Borough Council, and internal Operational teams, you will be charged with permitting all reactive and planned maintenance works, including schemes. Your key task will be comprised of: * Permitting works in adherence with LoPs or TMA * Managing day to day permit applications to ensure compliance across a range of measures * Maintaining a thorough understanding of Highway Maintenance and associated activities and its impact on stakeholders. * Monitoring and reporting of FPNs, including trend analysis * Managing stakeholder liaison for works where required About you Alongside broad knowledge and experience of Highways Permitting, you will be personable with effective communication skills with the ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with all teams within the organisation.
