As a Highway Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the condition of roads and pathways, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that maintenance and construction works are executed to the highest standards. The Day to Day:
- Conduct regular inspections of highways, roads, and pathways to identify defects, hazards, and maintenance needs.

- Document findings and prepare detailed reports, including photographs and recommendations for repairs or improvements.
