  • Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, confidently representing the consultancy and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and reporting, including governance under NEC contracts.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, providing guidance on best practice project management processes and tools.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Oversee programmes of work, coordinating multiple interrelated projects and supporting consistent delivery across them.

About you: This role will suit a personable, adaptable, and proactive individual with a strong team ethos and a desire to influence both project outcomes and wider business operations. You will be expected to support and develop your team, contribute to continuous improvement, and play an active role in work winning and client development, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.

Ideally, you will tick most of the below:

Why apply? You will be joining a highly motivated, professional, and supportive team, working on meaningful projects that shape places and communities.

On offer:

  • Flexible working, with access to offices in Oxfordshire
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • Wellbeing and family-focused benefits, reviewed regularly to reflect individual needs
