We are looking for graduates to take part in an asset management survey in Barking & Dagenham. This is a temporary contract. Your day to day will comprise of:
- Conduct regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture across designated areas in London.
- Identify and document any missing street signs and record any damage, vandalism, or deterioration.
- Assess the need for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs.
- Monitor and report on the progress of repair works.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address specific issues.
