The role
This role calls for an adept Community Engagement Officer who will manage and execute the stakeholder engagement process from the groundwork stages through to the completion of our public realm projects. You will be the driving force in fostering connections and facilitating communication lines with a diverse cross-section of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate
- Design and implement a robust communications strategy tailored to the unique demands of our public realm projects.
- Oversee the development and progression of a comprehensive Stakeholder Management Plan.
- Hold weekly coordination meetings with the Borough Communications team to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Engage with stakeholders using a variety of channels, assuring clarity and consistency of messaging.
- On-site presence will be integral once projects are operational, bridging direct stakeholder interaction with strategic oversight.
- Availability to work flexible hours, inclusive of some weekends, to meet the project's timeline and objectives.
