Your new role
The Structure Inspector is responsible for conducting detailed inspections and assessments of bridges and highways to ensure their structural integrity and safety. This role involves identifying and documenting potential issues and ensuring compliance with regulations.
In short you will:
- Carry out Principal, General and Special Inspections and preparation of reports.
- Identify signs of wear, damage, and structural deficiencies.
- Monitor the implementation of safety protocols and repairs to mitigate risks.
- Assist with programming of works, ensuring minimum disruption to the network.
- Prepare safe systems of work for site inspections and prepare site RAMS documents.
- Update asset management records.
- Attend/assist with network incidents as necessary.

The ideal candidate would tick the below:
