This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, partnering directly with Sales to drive profitable growth, pricing, and performance. In this role you will:
- Partner with commercial teams to drive margin and profitability
- Lead financial analysis on tenders, pricing & new business
- Steer forecasting, planning & performance tracking
- Identify risks & opportunities and turn insights into action
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end performance
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. You navigate transformation and change with ease, demonstrating adaptability, resilience and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. You are results-oriented, showing persistence in execution while maintaining high integrity. At the same time, you are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
To succeed in this role:
- 5+ years in commercial finance or/and business controlling
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Proactive, hands‑on, and confident in challenging stakeholders
- Experience with ERP / Power BI / Excel
- Fluent in English
