As HR Partner you will be a key part of making Paulig a great place to work. At every stage of the employee lifecycle you will be there: the experience of candidates applying to join us, through to supporting and engaging existing employees to achieve the business’ strategic objectives, right up to when people leave us. The potential you will have to positively impact all of our people, and thereby positively impact the business, is massive.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver on the day-to-day employment lifecycle actions (hiring, changes, terminations etc)
  • Participate in the recruitment process of production employees, discussing staff needs with line managers, screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Proactively lead on the career development of our people, discussing career paths with line managers and recommending suitable candidates for promotions
  • Investigate and resolve day to day employee relations challenges
  • Conduct routine salary administration tasks and promotions, providing advice to managers on the salaries of the employees
  • Support the preparation of supporting paperwork & ensure HR data quality
  • Support in implementation, training and administration of personnel policies, practices, processes and supplementary programmes at the location
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing employment legislation
  • Embody a zero accidents Health and Safety culture
