Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager QSR – Customer Brands OOH/FS to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Europe, in one of Paulig´s offices (hybrid) and report to the OOH Customer Brands Director, working closely with a great team of colleagues across Europe.

Your role in the blend

As Sales Manager QSR – Customer Brands OOH/FS, you will play a key role in accelerating profitable growth within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel across Europe. You’ll build strong commercial partnerships with leading QSR groups and franchise operators, turning customer insights into winning strategies and long-term value for both Paulig and our customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement the QSR channel strategy to support Paulig’s Out-of-Home growth ambition across Europe
  • Own and grow strategic relationships with key QSR customers, leading tenders, negotiations, RFPs and menu development discussions
  • Drive assortment expansion and category development across wraps, chips, snacking, sauces and spices
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, service levels and operational excellence in close collaboration with Sales Operations and Supply Chain
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide regular performance, risk and opportunity updates

Your key ingredients

You’re a commercially driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships. You combine strong business acumen with hands‑on execution and feel comfortable navigating complex, multi‑country accounts. To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of commercial experience within Foodservice, QSR, Retail or B2B food industries
  • Proven experience managing large or multi‑country strategic accounts
  • Strong track record in tenders, pricing negotiations and operational problem‑solving
  • Solid understanding of QSR operations, menu engineering and foodservice quality requirements
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field, and fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage)
