Now we’re looking for a Production Manager to join our passionate team and help us shape the future of food and beverages. You will be based in Milton Keynes, UK and report to the Factory Manager.
Your role in the blend:
- Implement, maintain & follow up on health & safety requirements.
- Ensure quality and food safety in production in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the factory and the cleaning processes.
- Ensure production process runs efficiently according to set cost.
- Follow production plans and meet agreed service levels.
- Resource/shift planning.
- People and team training and development plans.
- Set performance goals & conduct performance evaluations.
- Drive the process of continuous improvement for the factory to improve output and/or decrease cost.
- Consider the environmental impact of any actions and improvements in production.
- Contribute to deployment of the Paulig Operating System.
- Manage the production budget.

- Responsible for Shift Leaders and Performance management processes.
- Act according to Paulig values and leadership principles, promoting and implementing these.
- Member of Factory Leadership Team.
- Contribute to the Supply Chain & Operation strategy and functional business planning.
