We are now seeking a Sourcing Development Manager to help us further build the future of food. You will be based either in Helsinki, Finland, Mölndal or Stockholm, Sweden, Roeselare, Belgium, Milton Keynes, UK or Berga, Spain and report to the Head of Sourcing Excellence. You will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Spain.
In this role, you will play a key role in harmonizing and optimizing our Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, tools, and projects. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will bring structure and efficiency to sourcing initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our global procurement landscape. This is a dynamic role that balances strategic development work with selected administrative tasks, ensuring that sourcing operations remain well-structured, efficient, and future-focused. You’re not one to hesitate; you jump right into new projects and can manage several moving parts without losing your grip. You’re detail-oriented and thrive on having a clear plan, but you also know when it’s time to trust your gut, move ahead, and make progress.
What You Will Do
- Lead S2P stream in the ERP project, keep stakeholders in the loop, and step in with quick support whenever it’s needed.
- You’ll be the subprocess owner for Purchase-to-Pay process.
- Implement and refine the procurement development roadmap, making sure it lines up with our broader business goals.
- Turn raw data from ERP and other procurement tools into helpful insights that guide smarter decision-making.
- Standardize and simplify sourcing processes and documentation so everyone is on the same page.
- Always look for better ways to work - introduce new ideas, challenge old habits, and keep us moving forward.
- Make sure environmental, ethical, and energy considerations are woven into everything we do.

What We Expect From You
You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:
- Experience & Education: University degree, preferably in engineering, economics, or mathematics; 3–8 years of similar experience in a global procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay environment.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent knowledge of global procurement/S2P processes; strong analytical skills with a proven ability to utilize ERP and related procurement tools effectively; ability to drive and improve process performance, understanding dependencies between processes and their implications; strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset; strong project management and implementation abilities; knowledge of digitalization, automation, and a curiosity to learn (e.g., master data management); excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and collaborate at various organizational levels; organized, structured, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team; willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace new ideas; strong in SQL, DAX and PowerBI development; fluent in English.
