We are looking for a Junior National Account Manager (Full time / Hybrid) London, UK. To support our business and growth we are looking for Junior National Account Manager for UK & Ireland retailers. This role will report directly to our Senior National Account Manager and will be part of a small but dynamic London team in the Unilever Prestige offices and work closely with colleagues in The Netherlands. We are looking for a team player to help drive the retail channel growth by supporting the Senior National Account Manager to deliver financial results, execute excellent retail activations, grow brand awareness and strengthen professional relationships with retail partners.
The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset that is both analytical, methodical and numerate but also creative and with a passion for skincare.
What will you do?
- Manage selected retail accounts as main contact and lead for their commercial performance.
- Responsible for selected accounts JBPs, financial management, retail activations and VM.
- Support the Senior NAM in development and execution of overall retail strategies.
- Responsible for all NLFs, assortments, planograms and PDP assets.
- Collate retail sales reports and market analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, supply chain, and finance.
- Partake in events in person and undergo store visits to monitor appearance.
What will you bring?
- Educational Background: Marketing/Business.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Retail: Experience and knowledge of UK premium beauty retailers.
- Organised and methodical.
- Collaborates well internally and with external retail partners/vendors.
- Self-starting, ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Ambitious and highly driven to succeed with good level of professional and commercial flair.
