We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team and act as a trusted advisor across the business. You will play a key role in driving performance through insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and decision support, partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support strategic objectives.
- Business Partnering & Insight
- Build a deep understanding of business performance drivers and influence key decisions
- Provide clear analysis of historic, current, and forecast financial performance
- Challenge assumptions and support better decision-making across sales, pricing, cost, and margin
- Partner with teams to drive improvements in profitability, cash conversion, and operational efficiency
- Performance & Reporting
- Deliver monthly performance insight, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Own revenue, order intake, and margin reporting
- Provide analysis on manufacturing performance (labour, materials, overheads, capacity)
- Support management accounts, forecasting, and group reporting
- Financial Planning & Control
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities
- Strengthen financial controls and improve data quality
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes
