The Opportunity
We are looking for a Design & Sales Advisor to join our showroom team. This role sits at the centre of our retail customer experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer service, design work, and retail sales in a structured, supportive environment. This position is showroom‑based, working 5 days in a 7‑day shift pattern shared across a small team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers to the showroom and guide them through their kitchen project.
- Produce accurate, well‑planned kitchen designs that reflect customer needs, budgets, and measurements.
- Provide clear and reliable advice on products, specifications, and design options.
- Prepare quotations and maintain accurate records across CRM and digital systems.
- Communicate project progress, delivery timelines, and installation updates.
- Support the sales process through effective follow‑up and consistent customer communication.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to final installation.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards, ensuring displays and sample areas reflect our brand.
- Handle customer issues calmly and professionally, always aiming for a positive outcome.
