Role Overview

Our PAUL Shop Managers lead the day-to-day running of the shop with confidence, efficiency and passion. You’ll inspire and develop a highly trained team, deliver exceptional service standards, and proactively drive both sales and profitability. As a guardian of the PAUL brand, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding experience while upholding all operational standards and company guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver business strategies in collaboration with key departments
  • Identify opportunities to maximise revenue while consistently controlling costs
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and outstanding product quality at all times
