We are looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our Cheshire Oaks team.

You will be contracted to work 16 hours per week across weekends.

Our Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, located in the heart of Ellesmere Port, opened in 2007, continuing brand’s expansion into premium outlet destination, offering Paul Smith’s signature British tailoring and playful designs at reduced prices.

As a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through confident storytelling, genuine connection, and a playful spirit.

You’ll bring energy to the shop floor, build lasting client relationships, and embody our Brand Values every day.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
  • Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
  • Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
  • Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
  • Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
