These values shape every aspect of the brand, whether it’s a shirt, a shop or a special collaboration. Reaffirming the values that Paul set down in 1970, ‘classic with a twist’ remains the guiding principle of the company. Happily positioned between high fashion and formalwear, while taking reference from both, Paul Smith has always been proud to stand apart.

We are looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant working weekends to join our Covent Garden team. Our Floral Street shop, located in the heart of Covent Garden, is the first shop Paul opened in London in 1979, making it a special and iconic part of our brand heritage.

  • Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
  • Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
  • Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about style, culture, and the Paul Smith brand.
  • Naturally curious, with an interest in fashion, music, art, and design.
  • Adaptable and confident in a dynamic retail environment.
