Paul Smith is looking for a part-time Sales Consultant available to work Weekends to join our Mayfair Team. Our Avery Row Shop, located in the heart of Mayfair, opened in 1998 and perfectly reflects Paul's signature blend of heritage and modernity. It's our busiest sales shop in central London.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
  • Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
  • Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
  • Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
