We are looking for a Part Time Sales Consultant to join our King's Cross Team, working 3 flexible days including weekends. Our distinctive shop at Coal Drops Yard opened in October 2018, offering a unique retail experience that combines modern design with the site’s historic character. Designed by Heatherwick Studio, the space seamlessly blends Victorian architecture with contemporary detailing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
  • Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
  • Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
  • Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
  • Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
  • Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
