We have an exciting opening for an Email & CRM Marketing Assistant to join our Digital team in London. Reporting into our CRM Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day execution of Paul Smith's CRM and email marketing plan. This includes owning the end-to-end build, testing, scheduling and analysis of campaigns. You will also contribute to lifecycle flows and BAU communications, as well as write copy and brief creative assets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with the planning and execution of seasonal marketing messaging.
- Build, test and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns, with regular reporting on performance.
- Take ownership of QA and proofing on all email and SMS sends.
- Write on-brand copy for campaigns and brief seasonal assets with the Graphics and Creative teams.
- Liaise with the Ecommerce, Merchandising and Content teams to ensure landing pages are optimised and merchandised ahead of email sends.
- Work with the Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure we have product to support messaging throughout the season.
- Contribute to Digital and Marketing team projects across key seasonal campaigns, content optimisation and international expansion.
- Assist the CRM Assistant Manager with loyalty CRM projects.
- Stay abreast of competitor marketing activity, digital trends and emerging opportunities in CRM and email.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative with excellent copywriting skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
