What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead styling for e-commerce model photography, ensuring all looks are on-brand, commercially relevant, and visually compelling.
  • Lead styling for B2B (sales lookbooks), working closely with design and creative teams.
  • Collaborate with VM/Display on in-store mannequin styling.
  • Provide art direction support for digital first shoots, for example capsule collections, elevated e-commerce, and special projects.
  • Support with model casting for e-commerce shoots.
  • Prepare and organise looks in advance of shoots, including outfit building, steaming, and on-set adjustments.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity and seasonal direction to ensure consistency across all styling outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, producers, and studio teams to deliver efficient and high-quality shoots.
  • Build strong working relationships with London HQ teams, including Design, Creative, VM, and Buying.
  • Attend regular meetings with London-based teams to align on seasonal collections, key looks, and priorities.
  • Provide styling input for lookbooks, campaigns, and other creative projects as required.
  • Manage sample coordination and ensure timely delivery and return of garments between locations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging styling techniques.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a Stylist within a fashion brand, e-commerce, or editorial environment.
  • Strong understanding of menswear and womenswear styling, with a sharp eye for detail and current trends.
  • Able to interpret creative direction and translate it into commercially successful looks.
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Confident communicator who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and collaborative with a solution-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Highly creative with a strong visual sensibility.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about fashion and brand storytelling.
  • Flexible and willing to travel between Nottingham and London as required.
