We are looking for a Full Time Sales Consultant to join our Covent Garden team. Our Floral Street shop, located in the heart of Covent Garden, is the first shop Paul opened in London in 1979, making it a special and iconic part of our brand heritage.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
  • Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
  • Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
  • Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
