Paul Rigby Volvo Stafford is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Specialist/Sales Support to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills to represent a premium automotive brand and help deliver an outstanding customer journey.
The Role
As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel confident and excited about their new vehicles. You will be responsible for demonstrating vehicle features, explaining the latest technology and supporting customers throughout the vehicle handover process.
Working closely with the Sales team, you will help ensure every customer receives a personalised and professional experience that reflects the quality and standards of Volvo.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging and informative vehicle demonstrations to customers.
- Conducting new vehicle handovers and explaining vehicle features, controls and technology.
- Helping customers understand Volvo's infotainment systems, connectivity features and driver assistance technology.
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard and are ready for customer collection.
- Working closely with the Sales team to provide a smooth and memorable customer journey.
- Supporting customers with questions following vehicle collection and helping resolve product-related queries.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Volvo models, specifications, accessories and new technologies.
- Ensuring all handover documentation and relevant customer records are completed accurately.
- Supporting the dealership in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an automotive, customer service or vehicle demonstration role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- A genuine interest in cars, automotive technology and new vehicle features.
- Excellent attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work.
- A professional manner and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
Previous experience with vehicle handovers or premium automotive brands would be advantageous. Above all, we are looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring customers feel confident, informed and valued.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position based at Paul Rigby Volvo Stafford, with weekend working on a rota to support dealership opening hours and customer demand.
