We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support professional to join our team in Stourbridge. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by supporting the Sales Executives and helping manage the journey of vehicles from preparation through to sale.

Role Overview

As a Sales Support team member, you will assist the Sales Department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. You will help ensure vehicles are ready for sale, advertised correctly online, and progressing smoothly through preparation and delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in organisation, accuracy, and supporting a busy sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Progress Chasing: Track the progress of vehicles through preparation, liaising with internal departments to ensure vehicles are ready for sale and delivery on time.
  • Vehicle Photography: Photograph vehicles to a high standard for online advertising and ensure imagery accurately represents each vehicle.
  • Online Vehicle Listings: Upload and maintain vehicle listings across relevant sales platforms, ensuring details and images are accurate and up to date.
  • Sales Administration Support: Assist the sales team with general administration including documentation, vehicle records, and supporting the sales process.
  • Stock Management Support: Maintain accurate records of vehicle stock and assist with keeping the forecourt and online stock lists up to date.
  • Department Coordination: Work closely with preparation, valeting, and other internal departments to help ensure vehicles move efficiently through the sales process.
  • Customer Support Assistance: Assist the sales team with customer enquiries where required and help maintain a professional and welcoming dealership experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role (automotive experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
