The Role
The Showroom Host will be the first point of contact for visitors to our showroom, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and a seamless experience from the moment they arrive. This role is central to the success of our business, reflecting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. You will support our sales team by managing the showroom environment and assisting with customer enquiries, contributing directly to our reputation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting showroom environment at all times.
- Assist customers with initial enquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
- Manage customer appointments and ensure smooth flow throughout the showroom.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing sales materials.
