Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting deliveries of ingredient and packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
- Entering received materials on to necessary traceability and technical forms, carrying out tests as needed.
- Raising and reporting issues with deliveries to Stock and Goods In Manager for rectifying and escalation where needed.
- Maintaining company trace code procedure throughout the storage areas of the business.
- Ensuring all materials are stored in correct locations and in a suitable manner for their needs.
- Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the goods in and storage sections of the warehouse.
- Ensuring that all wastage and damages are recorded and reported to Goods In and Stock Manager.
- Ensuring that stock is managed in accordance with the company's FIFO requirements and that all Technical requirements are adhered to.
- Supporting where necessary with ordering and Stock Management admin.
- Following instructions on related issues and helping out when required.

- Valid forklift truck licence.
- Physical ability to lift and manage heavy materials as required.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in receiving and documenting goods-in is vital.
- Highly organised with ability to manage inventory effectively and maintaining an orderly stock system.
- Clear communication skills with suppliers, team members and other departments.
