Job Overview

We are currently looking for a passionate baker to join our team on a permanent basis. We want our bakery to be the very best and you and your role will be an integral part of this journey. Key Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in baking.
  • Prepare sourdough breads from our various ranges and other baked products – this will include mixing, scaling, and shaping before baking.
  • Ability to produce sourdough bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
  • Knowledge of sourdough dough preparation times, procedures and various baking techniques.
  • Ability to operate electric bread ovens.
  • Manage high volumes and monitor production consistently and professionally.
  • Ensure all products are made to set quality standards and in line with daily orders.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment.
