Key information
- Work as part of a team to ensure that all pastry products are prepared in line with quality requirements and standards and are to a high quality consistently every day and in line with customer orders.
- Capable of learning to produce a wide range of products and working to Company recipes.
- A pro‑active personality – who is passionate, enthusiastic, people‑focused and adaptable to all personalities.
- Can‑do attitude.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines and work to a schedule/plan.

Hours: 45 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends.
