Key Responsibilities- A minimum of 2 years experience in baking.
- Prepare sourdough breads from our various ranges and other baked products – this will include mixing, scaling, and shaping before baking.
- Ability to produce sourdough bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
- Knowledge of sourdough dough preparation times, procedures and various baking techniques.
- Ability to operate electric bread ovens.
- Manage high volumes and monitor production consistently and professionally.
- Ensure all products are made to set quality standards and in line with daily orders.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment.
