Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting deliveries of ingredient and packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
- Enter received materials into necessary traceability and technical forms, carrying out tests as needed.
- Raising and reporting issues with deliveries to Stock and Goods In Manager for rectifying and escalation where needed.
- Maintaining company trace code procedure throughout the storage areas of the business.
- Ensuring all materials are stored in correct locations and in a suitable manner for their needs.
- Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the goods in and storage sections of the warehouse.
- Ensure that all wastage and damages are recorded and reported to Goods In and Stock Manager.
- Ensure that stock is managed in accordance with the company’s FIFO requirements and that all technical requirements are adhered to.
- Support where necessary with ordering and stock management admin.
- Follow instructions on related issues and help out when required.

- Valid forklift truck licence.
- Physical ability to lift and manage heavy materials as required.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in receiving and documenting goods‑in is vital.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain an orderly stock system.
- Clear communication skills with suppliers, team members and other departments.
