About the Role

The NPD Director is looking for a NPD process development technologist to join the innovation and development team, working across factory and commercial functions to deliver groundbreaking products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the concept‑to‑launch platform and manage the product development lifecycle from idea to production launch.
- Implement and maintain process controls to ensure high‑quality standards and on‑time delivery into factory production planning.
- Collaborate with factory and commercial teams to embed new processes that improve throughput from development to factory output.
- Act as a hands‑on laboratory technologist while embedding factory activities to create inspiring products for consumers.
