The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

The investment of significant private capital has enabled the alignment of food manufacturing plants in France and the UK to create a new food group with the capability to deliver in UK and European own label food markets. To build on the factory hardware, the Managing Director seeks to appoint an R&D Head who can create commercial opportunities from the management of NPD, Technical and manufacturing processes which will support the delivery of outstanding bakery solutions to their retail and contract customers. The product aligns with market demands.

To enable this, you’ll apply your knowledge of process control and food compliance to maximize opportunities from the team under your management. To succeed here, you’ll have several years’ experience within process, compliance and nutritional management combined with a passion to lead and grow your own team in a fast-paced high growth environment. The business, operating in the bakery sector, will be bringing new products that will meet shopper demand and are on trend. This role will be central to delivering the success of a rare and exciting project.
