Our client, a respected FMCG manufacturer with a strong track record in own-label product development, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead its Wholesale, Foodservice and End-User portfolio. This is a key commercial role offering the opportunity to work autonomously as part of a high-performing, world-class team, reporting into a leader who is highly supportive, invests in their people, and sets clear, high expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop wholesale, foodservice and end-user accounts to deliver sustained growth.
- Lead customer strategy and build commercially robust account plans.
- Own the full P&L, including pricing management and commercial negotiation.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain, technical and NPD teams to deliver tailored own-label solutions.
- Identify new opportunities to expand distribution and strengthen customer relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience within any or all FMCG B2B wholesale or foodservice channels.
- Proven commercial capability with confidence managing multiple customer types.
- Skilled in P&L management, negotiation and relationship development.
- Professional, structured, and able to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
- Available to be on-site in Dunstable two days per week.
