Our client is a well-established law firm with offices in the Midlands who have an exciting and rare opportunity with great potential.

Candidates should be a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE up to more senior level with strong skills and experience. We are looking for someone that is commercially minded and has strong business development and networking skills in order to help drive the business forward.

You will need to have a solid grounding in a good range of Dispute Resolution gained at a respected firm and keen to further strengthen the firm’s strong reputation in the area. The role would suit an ambitious commercially minded Solicitor looking for the challenge of working for a rapidly growing firm with some excellent longer term career prospects for the successful applicant.

The workload will be varied and interesting and will consist of:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Property litigation
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Building and construction disputes
  • Much more

The ideal applicant:

  • Needs proven leadership skills.
  • Needs a proven record of business development and converting your own work for yourself and others.
  • Has experience of dealing with an interesting & varied caseload.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent client management, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Associate Director experience is desirable but not essential.

Working Days - Monday to Friday (flexible working is possible). Part hybrid working available - 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home. The firm offers a competitive salary and excellent prospects. Full-time, Permanent.
