Invoicing Clerk (Part-Time, circa 15 hours per week)

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join our clients team on a part-time basis (2 full days per week or 3 part days).

This key role involves managing invoices processing both Purchase and Sales Invoices.
You will support business finance activities and work closely with the Finance Manager/Directors to ensure tasks completed in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Purchase Invoices on SAGE
  • Issuing Sales Invoices on SAGE
  • Strong numeracy, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAGE (a bonus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Salary – Minimum wage to Β£14 per hour depending on experience
  • 15 hours per week, 2 full days or 3 part days (Tues, Weds, Fri)
