About the Role
We're on the hunt for a reliable, bubbly, and super-organised Sales & Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for our lovely customers. This is a busy, varied role where you'll need to juggle tasks, stay focused despite distractions, and always keep a smile on your face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries - Preparing and following up on customer quotations - Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries - Maintaining accurate records and files - Keeping the showroom tidy, clean, and presentable at all times - Monitoring and updating price lists - Supporting the wider team wherever needed - we're all in it together!
