- Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries
- Preparing and following up on customer quotations
- Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Keeping the showroom tidy, clean, and presentable at all times
- Monitoring and updating price lists
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed
