We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator/ Secretary to join our professional client and provide essential support across financial administration and office coordination.
In this varied position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both finance and administrative functions. You will support day‑to‑day accounting processes, maintain accurate financial records, and provide efficient secretarial and administrative assistance to the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing invoices, expenses, and basic financial transactions
- Assisting with bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
- Supporting budgeting and reporting activities
- Managing correspondence, filing, and document control
- Providing secretarial support including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
