The predicted salary is between 37000 - 39000 £ per year.

Salary: £37,000 – £39,000 per annum, depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week). In addition, the role requires working up to approximately fifteen evenings p.a. to support the Paul Mellon Centre events. Overtime compensation is applied in line with PMC’s Additional Hours, Overtime and TOIL policy.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work closely with Head of Research Initiatives and the Events Lead to coordinate and develop a wide range of research projects, partnerships, and events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to gain further experience in project coordination and programme delivery, engaging with national and international partners and some of the most interesting artists, thinkers and arts professionals of our time.

The PMC is an educational charity that champions new ways of understanding British art history and culture. We publish, teach and carry out research, both at the Centre in London and through our online platforms. Our archives, library and lively events programme are open to researchers, students and the public. The PMC’s Grants & Fellowships programme supports institutions and individuals with research projects, publications, exhibitions and events. Through all areas of our work, we promote activities that enhance and expand knowledge about British art and architecture. The PMC was founded in 1970 by the art collector and philanthropist Paul Mellon. It is part of Yale University and a partner to the Yale Centre for British Art.
