About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing Solutions team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping customer outcomes through both process improvement and technology. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing role suited to someone who is confident, articulate, and commercially aware. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery. You’ll be at the heart of bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery – translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery
  • Facilitating customer workshops to gather, challenge, and refine business requirements
  • Producing high‑quality documentation including user stories, process maps, and workflows
  • Conducting gap analysis and helping define future‑state processes and solutions
  • Collaborating with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Supporting system testing, UAT, and defect resolution
  • Monitoring progress and providing clear updates to stakeholders
  • Creating user guides and configuration documentation for new features
  • Delivering demos and training to both internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
  • Strong business analysis experience, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions
  • Proven experience gathering requirements using a range of techniques (e.g. workshops, process mapping, use cases)
  • Solid understanding of the product or software delivery lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer‑facing experience with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
  • Experience within the Retail sector or with store systems
  • Background in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or Lucidchart
  • Formal Business Analysis qualification (e.g. ISEB)
