What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Client Experience & Communication
- Respond to all client messages within 24 hours
- Welcome and onboard new clients into our programmes
- Proactively check in, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships
- Deliver a consistently high-level client experience
- Delivery & Accountability
- Track client deliverables across multiple teams
- Ensure all deadlines are met — without exception
- Conduct weekly/monthly audits of memberships and subscriptions
- Monitor payments and flag any issues early
- Identify risks before they become problems — and solve them
- Operations & Recruitment Support
- Coordinate recruitment (job ads, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Keep CRM systems and internal records accurate and up to date
- Assist with calendars and cross-team coordination (UK & US teams)
- Business Support
- Help maintain high performance and operational standards
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Provide weekly updates and insights to leadership
