Be the reason our clients scale. At Paul Gough Media, we help private physiotherapy clinic owners grow thriving businesses. They’re exceptional clinicians, but when it comes to paid advertising, campaign strategy, and performance tracking? That’s where we come in. We don’t just run ads and hope for the best. We test. We optimise. We scale what works. We fix what doesn’t. And we’re looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing. This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role. It’s an ownership role. You won’t be guessing. You won’t be waiting for direction. Instead, you’ll take campaigns from “Let’s try some ads…” to “These ads are driving real revenue.”
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Creating, launching, and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Monitoring performance daily and making data-driven optimisations
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and issues across campaigns
- Testing creatives, copy, audiences, and offers to improve results
- Tracking key metrics like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Troubleshooting underperforming campaigns and fixing them fast
- Communicating results and insights clearly to clients
- Leading client calls to explain performance and strategy
- Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to improve output
You won’t just manage ads, you’ll drive results.
Who thrives here?
You likely have 1–3 years experience running Meta ads in an agency or in-house role. You’ve:
- Built and managed multiple ad campaigns at once
- Worked inside Meta Ads Manager daily
- Optimised campaigns based on real performance data
- Tested creatives and audiences to improve outcomes
- Explained results to clients or internal stakeholders
You understand that great media buying isn’t luck, it’s testing, analysing, and refining consistently. You’re comfortable with numbers. You spot patterns quickly. You take action when something isn’t working. And you’re confident enough to explain performance to clients, clearly and honestly.
What it feels like to work here:
We move fast. We test constantly. We care about results. We give direct feedback. We celebrate wins loudly. We expect ownership. If you enjoy being in a performance-driven environment where your work directly impacts client growth, you’ll feel at home. And this role has room to grow. If you prove yourself, there’s a path to Senior Media Buyer or Team Lead.
